Prudential Commercial Real Estate, Jacksonville is a Corporation founded by two real estate companies who although independently successful in the North East Florida market recognized the the value of joining forces with each other to strengthen the well established foundation.
Prudential Network Realty, headed up by Mrs. Linda Sherrer, has been servicing its customers since 1985. Focusing on satisfying the needs of their customers in residential real estate market,
Prudential Network Realty with its approximately 300 real estate agents, has grown to be the premier residential real estate company in North East Florida.
Steer & Co, founded in 1879 is the oldest real estate company in South Africa. Headed up by Andre J. van Rensburg CCIM, ALC, CIPS, Steer Commercial Realty opened their office in the USA and specialized in most aspects of investment and development real estate including multi-family complexes, office, retail, industrial parks and commercial real estate management.
Andre J. van Rensburg and Linda Sherrer had the foresight to align their respective Corporations to form Prudential Commercial Real Estate, Jacksonville.
